Important disclosure

Italo Campilii is not a licensed real estate agent or Realtor®. He does not provide real estate brokerage services and does not represent buyers or sellers in any property transaction. His role on Travel DRD — and everywhere on this page — is brand and AI systems architect: he designs and builds the booking platform, automation, content systems, and brand technology behind the operation.

All licensed real estate activity connected to OceanFL is performed by Sabatino Campilii, a licensed Florida Realtor® (SL3363040) with LoKation® (The K Company Realty LLC dba LoKation). Seaside Boca's TV feature was a hospitality and travel story, not a real estate listing, sale, or valuation — nothing here should be read as brokerage activity of any kind.

What actually got engineered

A TV episode is a moment.
The system runs every day.

Most coverage of a vacation-rental brand landing a national TV spot focuses on the house — the pool, the sunset, the host walking through the front door. That's a real and welcome moment for Travel DRD, a collection of five handcrafted Gulf-coast vacation properties owned by Nicolas Giacaman and partners. But the part of the story that doesn't make it to air is the platform running underneath the brand every day the cameras aren't there.

Italo Campilii's work on Travel DRD has been architecture and build, not marketing collateral: a rebuilt booking-and-content site, a guest check-in and verification system, a daily content-automation pipeline, and the brand and technology layer that ties a five-property, two-state operation together as one coherent guest experience.

The systems, one at a time

Four layers,
one operation.

01

The booking & content platform

Travel DRD's public site was rebuilt from the ground up — a five-property showcase with per-property detail pages, an itinerary and things-to-do content layer built from a verified activity inventory (nothing invented; every activity referenced is checked against a real, maintained data file at build time), and a full editorial blog with structured SEO markup.

02

Daily content automation

A scheduled automation job writes, validates, and publishes one new destination guide to the Travel DRD blog every morning — checked for length, structure, internal linking, and factual guardrails before it ever goes live, with zero manual steps once armed. It is a small, concrete example of the automation layer built to keep a hospitality brand's content current without a marketing team behind it.

03

Guest check-in & verification

A separate check-in system handles guest identity verification, digital waivers, and security-deposit workflows ahead of arrival, with reservation data kept in sync against the property management calendar so the guest and the operator are always looking at the same booking.

04

Brand & editorial control

Every piece of the platform — copy, imagery, claims about the properties — runs through the same discipline: real photos of real properties, no stock or AI-generated substitutes, and no feature or figure published unless it traces back to something actually true about the collection.

The role, plainly

Brand & AI systems architect —
not a real estate role.
